• FREE delivery applies to standard orders of £50 and over, delivered to UK mainland addresses.
• Standard delivery is £5.99 for orders under £50.
• Estimated delivery date for standard delivery is 2-4 working days.
• Exceptions apply to items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations and remote areas.
• Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Standard Northern Ireland Delivery - £5.99

• We are unable to offer our normal FREE delivery over £50 to Northern Ireland. Standard delivery will incur a £5.99 delivery charge.
• Next day delivery is unavailable to Northern Ireland.

Delivery to Remote Areas - Standard

Unfortunately, if you live in a Northern Ireland, highlands, island or rural postcode, due to distance delivery may take longer than 7 working days and incur additional charges, however we will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We are also unable to offer next day delivery to these locations:

Republic Of Ireland

Due to the UK leaving the EU, we unfortunately cannot accept orders to Republic Of Ireland at the moment. • You have 30 days from delivery or collection to return an item for a refund.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to appear.

• Return shipping charges apply (details below).

🔁 How to Return Your Item(s)

1. Repackage the item(s) securely with original labels and packaging intact.

2. If your parcel is under 10kg and doesn’t exceed 50 x 50 x 60 cm, apply the pre-paid returns label (DPD or Royal Mail) to the package.

🧾 Don’t forget to keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

🚚 Larger or Heavier Items?

• Unused bulky or high-value items: We can arrange return shipping using our couriers.

  • £15 for bulky items
    

• Contact us to book a collection.

⚠️ Important Reminders

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with labels attached.

• Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.

• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

• In the case of partial returns, we reserve the right to void any promotional discounts.

It may take up to 10 working days from the day after you send your return for it to be processed.
We’ll email you once it's been received and refunded.
If that time has passed, contact us with your proof of postage.
