Returns & Refunds – Profile Design UK

Need to return something? No problem. Here’s everything you need to know.

  • You have 30 days from delivery or collection to return an item for a refund.

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take up to 10 working days to appear.

  • Return shipping charges apply (details below).

🔁 How to Return Your Item(s)

  1. Repackage the item(s) securely with original labels and packaging intact.

  2. If your parcel is under 10kg and doesn’t exceed 50 x 50 x 60 cm, apply the pre-paid returns label (DPD or Royal Mail) to the package.

🧾 Don’t forget to keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

🚚 Larger or Heavier Items?

  • Unused bulky or high-value items: We can arrange return shipping using our couriers.

    • £15 for bulky items

  • Contact us to book a collection.

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with labels attached.

  • Items returned in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In the case of partial returns, we reserve the right to void any promotional discounts.

🚫 Product Exclusions

Some items can’t be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied:

  • Gift vouchers (if used or registered)

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour or model, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Received the wrong item or something’s faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can fix the issue quickly.

💷 Refund Issues

If you think your refund amount is incorrect, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details.

📦 Haven’t Heard About Your Return?

It may take up to 10 working days from the day after you send your return for it to be processed.
We’ll email you once it's been received and refunded.
If that time has passed, contact us with your proof of postage.
